My wife tried to get me a nice Christmas present by setting up a "gift certificate" for the jet experience Doug promotes on his website, Doug required payment in full even though she didnt have a scheduled date in mind for the gift card she gave me. Well to cut a long story short the $7000 1 hour amusement park ride was not what I had in mind for additional flight training. I contacted Doug to cancel the gift certificate and he claims he has the right not to refund any money since he put
the two little words (no refunds) on his invoice even though no services had yet been rendered and no scheduled date had been established. This guy is a real a** and the same amusement park ride can be found many other places for half his price. Needless to say my attorney is involved now.
