             LEGAL NOTICE TO JENNIFER FROM HENDERSON, AUTHOR

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiffs, BYRON L. MILLS, individually GREGORY S. MILLS, individually, and MILLS & MILLS LAW GROUP LLC, a domestic Limited Liability Company, have initiated an action in the District Court, Clark County, Nevada,Case A 15-712956-C, due to allegedly false statements made by “Jennifer from Henderson”, author of original Report #1116162. 

            In the action, Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for your identifying contact information to be sent to MILLS & MILLS LAW GROUP, 703 South Eighth Street, Las Vegas, Nevada.  Plaintiffs have served a Subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identities.  You may have a right to file and serve a response to the Subpoena anonymously.  If you intend to file and serve a response, please do so, or notify us of your intent to do so, on or before August 17, 2015, approximately one week prior to deadline for Rip Off Report to provide of information[1], to DANIEL W. ANDERSON, ESQ., MILLS & MILLS LAW GROUP, via e-mail to danderson@millsnv.com or facsimile (702) 386-0208.

The owner of the company that is the subject of the false report filed on January 14, 2014 has filed a suit for defamation against the author of the original false report. 

The case was filed in the Clark County District Court for the State of Nevada

The author who posted the original false report has 10 days from the date of this post (January 27, 2015) to contact our office, identify him or herself, and agree to a consent judgment stating that report filed against our firm was false and defamatory.

Failure to contact our office will result in a subpoena seeking to identify the author of the report and pursuit of damages to the fullest extent of Nevada law.

I am one of the partners at the foregoing firm and can say with absolute confidence that the author's claims are false.
