Mills Sourcing Inc Kelly (last name unknown), Chris/Christopher French Scam Artist! Stole money, never produced services Internet

This lady named Kelly (last name unknow), says that she is out of California. She advertised on Backpage and Craigslist about gettting you a CPN, adding a tradeline, and getting you a $3-$5K credit card from Cap One, Discover, or American Express. She is a scam artist out there taking peoples money, sending them "fake" approval letters from the credit card company. She befriends you and communicates with you until she gets your money and runs. She has disable/disconnected her call forwarding number, and some how her emails are coming back. Beware of this scam artist! She will change her name and number. Just know that she will act like she is all sweet and nice before she takes your money. The credit card companies they use are as I mentioned, and the only form of payment is through "MoneyPak".
