I called them many times and each time the operator transfers me to the person handling my certificate, and that makes me keep on waiting on the line for 10-15 minutes and only after that I am able to leave a message for the person. I never hear from the person and I call back. They kept giving me the run around and then they closed their doors on February 1, 2006. They must have known they were closing. This was the reason they kept delaying processing my vacation until Feb 1.
This was going to be a honeymoon cruise and now I am pressed for time to schedule a new cruise in time for the honeymoon!
