I filed a complaint with the Florida AG and the Dept. of Agriculture, who handles the licensing of travel agents. I just received a letter today from the Dept of Ag, stating that MVI "was under contract with the Airlines Reporting Corporation" and that MVI was noot required to "register or post financial securities" with the Department.
Of course the letter also stated that there was "no guarantee" of a refund.
