Mini Vacations,inc. ripoff, except my check for room deposite,went out of business and did not receive vacation or refund Tampa Florida

they sent me a appliaction for the days i wanted and requested a fifty dollar room deposite that wood be refunded when we got there.
they sent me a paper to verified the dates i wanted saying that it could not be in the middle of the week. it had to be thur throught fridsy or monday through wednesday. i was to called this number 1-800-705-5578, but you would only get a message that all lines were business try again. after several weeks of trying i sent them back the request with the dates wanted, but with no respond
i latter sent a letter regiestated and was returned un deliverable. i logged on to minvacatinsinc.com to find that they were out off busness.
please help me get my vacation, or at least my deposited back.
