A cigerette shop at 818 Sixth Street is now selling Christmas trees in the parking lot and telling the community that all of the money will be used for charity purposes to feed the hungry on Thanksgiving and Christmas days.  They did this last year too.  The charity fundraising is done without any book keeping or account of the money.  No one knows how much money was raised/spent.  No one knows how much was raised or how much is sitting in a bank account.  The city of norco told them that they needed a permit to sell trees and a fire inspection.  Instead, the cigerette seller went to his friend councilman Harvey and harvey told the inspectors and the business license clerks to look the other way and to leave the Christmas Tree lot alone.  

All of the other tree sellers had to get a permit, but not the councilman's friends who are running a suspicious charity called Miracleon Sixthst.
