Her whole pageant is a scam and a lie. She Predetermines her winners and they usually look like her. The only reason a brunette won was bc she was the only ms girl who competed, and the Miss only won bc heather needed an African American so she wouldn't appear racist (see previous posts from others). She was not a crowd favorite yet won every award possible. She was hand picked to make this pageant seem friendly and not racist by heather. She jumped at getting her previous title holders photo shoots and plasters them all over her page yet still has bland pics from the pageant posted below her blonde beauties. Her pageant didn't even list a top 5 or top 3 they just did first RU and winner. SCAM.
She runs other "at home businesses" and pushes them on her contestants to make more $ for herself.
Do yourself a favor, don't enter this scam of a pageant and spread the word. She and her pageant are why beauty pageants have bad names.
