In my time employeed by Ventureserve, Veritas, and Equilibrium Labs I managed to watch them take multiple investor/client's money and piss it away on vacations and partying. They may be able to offer you something you need, but there are better organizations out there that can do much more without f**king you over.

If you find youself in business with these people, hold onto your money, don't pay without results. Set up a series of partial payments with required project benchmarks. If you pay them completely up front, your work may never get done like in the case indicated here. Bad business here, not much more than that.

PS: They'll tell you this report is from a disgruntled ex-employee, my guess is it's from a pissed off business partner, website client, or someone else who got bent over by these two.

If you donate your money to your favorite charity at the very least you will help fellow mankind and save yourself the slime and headache of dealing with these people. Definitely the 30k scottsdale millionaire type trying to look impressive and overlook all basic values of respect and traditional business values.
