We signed on to become owners of our rv lots, spent $10,000 for a lifetime ownership. The current owner who was partnered with another owner bought out this owner and now does not want to honor our contracts. He claims he has no knowledge of said contracts even though there is proof that he does. He is trying to take advantage of senior citizens (55+ park) and steal their money. He has called us stupid thinking we will win this lawsuit, caused a fight at a meeting injuring one person, gave eviction notices to all lifetime owners. This is in the courts and after seeing 5 different attorney's and being told we have legal and binding contracts this owner still refuses to acknowledge us. He claims he will take this to the Supreme Court of Tx to settle this matter. Most concrete sites are owned by lifetime members and anyone using these sites are subject to a lawsuit by said lifetime members per our attorney's. PLEASE stay away from here to avoid further complications.
