I am sick of this company.  Every month, so it seems, but more likely every other month, there is an issue with this company receiving payments for our vehicle.  SO much so that it seems as if we never pay or we do not pay on time.  We have sent in payments at least a week or two before the due date and MMCA have not receive payment, even after the grace period they have.  They call after it's been 30 days requesting payment, and I tell them payment was sent at the beginning of the month.  Even before we had this issue it would be almost a month after we've sent the check before it would post to our bank account.  So now it pisses me off when after a month, these people call and our money is still floating around somewhere.  We even asked for 2 months deferment at one point and they never recevied our down payment or form to this very day.  A check is still out somewhere for that.  That information was sent to the address that was on the deferment form sent to us.  We mailed a 2nd form, because the first was never rcvd, and then that was never rcvd.  So then we faxed that on and it took a week.  And then payment was made over the phone.  By that time deferment period was just about up. 

So this time a money order was sent and they dont have that now. Its been 34 days.  The rep trying to ask if I do this.  I tell them nothing has changed since we first started we them.  Then she wants to insinuate reposession.  This is messing up my credit. 

Last year we requested an address change.  In the system, they made the change, but we havent received payment to send the bill.  Normally, we would go ahead and just send the bill, but we have no record of the account # or address to send the bill, so we would wait.  They kept telling us they sent the bill, there's nothing they could do about the U.S. mail.  Okay, that may be but I'm getting everyone else's bill!  Several times I had to ask them to send the bill again.  Finally, from June to August, it took that long to get a bill.  This is so ridiculous.  I have got to find another finance company.
