I purchased several custom photobooks from this company. They have binding issues so they had to remake some of the books. On my latest book I was shipped 2 books and my visa was charged $123 and $169. I returned one of the 2 (identical) books with UPS tracking and asked for refund. They are refusing to refund me saying the book was free. I was billed on my visa. This is just so incredible dishonest of a company. I will have to file claim with my visa.
