I filed a lost/ stolen phone report and claim with this company (MDPA), on June 19. I offered to provide a police report but was not provided enough time to do so because my claim was immediately denied coverage for negligent loss. The phone was stolen from my table at the restaurant. It was an unfortunate event. The last thing I remember was i left the restaurant and discovered the phone was missing. It was stolen when I went to the restroom and came back to my table and didn't notice it until I left. I phoned the restaurant from my office immediately and was told that the phone was no where to be found. The violation is personally upsetting but the data and information in the phone is priceless. I have 8 gb of pictures, music, data, etc...the least this company can do is replace my phone but instead offered to refund the Member fee. This is outrageous! It defeats
the purpose of purchasing and having insurance. This is a scam! It is very disturbing to have companies operating in this capacity.
