I forwarded a clients site while updating the code. When I went back to the code, Mochahost had deleted the entire site. I called their support number twice. They are supposed to return you call but never did.
I worked with their chat support but it is obvious that they are working on other things durring the chat so the conversations were disjointed and after half an hour you have to restate your initial question as they go off on irrelivant tangents and never do answer the question
I tried customer support through a trouble ticket but just got a runaround. Finaly I received this:

Backup and Data Loss: MochaHost is not responsible for files or data loss. It is the client full responsibility for file and data transfer and maintaining backup file of your own account. Backup are used solely by MochaHost for emergency or server restoration only. There will be no backups for accounts that have been suspended or terminated. MochaHost will not be responsible for any data loss related to accounts that have past due invoice or suspended due to non-payment. MochaHost will not be responsible for any data loss.
I would suggest going somewhere else if you value your site!
