The mover's that were hired were very careless with our things. They over packed boxes and didn't even put some things in boxes. They didn't cover our couch with padding as promised. They also used our glasses to drink out of without asking which showed great disrespect for our things. We were not given the chance to get full coverage insurance even though we were told we would have the opportunity. The company kept putting us off until it was too late. The movers also showed up a day late causing my husband to have to leave a day later for his job than he had planed which was inconvenient. We were also told that we would pay the balance upon delivery and the movers tried to have us pay the balance once they finished loading the truck. Then the moving company told us that we would have to pay before we received our goods and raised the price that they originally quoted us. It was the worse experience I have ever had with movers and since my husband just got out of the Navy we have had lots of experience with movers. The amount of disrespect that was shown for our possessions and the way the company has brushed off my complaints has been appalling. They were suppose to deliver our belongings on the first of March, and still have not done so. Now they are not returning my calls or emails. This has been the worst experience I have ever had.
