Mokan Steaks is a RIP OFF!
We had a gentleman come to our home and sell us meat that he guaranteed fresh, and if we were not happy with the product, he would simply replace what we did not like.
We tried a few items on the first night, just to see how they cooked up and if our $900.00 was well spent. It most definitely NOT well spent. The meat you could not even choke down, the chicken was HARD on the outside and tough on the inside, no matter how you cooked it. The T-bone was tough and not tender at all, and it tasted awful! I cook all the time and we have a butcher, we spend with him 149.00 for 50lbs of meat. We spent with your company $900.00 for 73lbs of meat that is inedible!
When we tried to contact them, we never got a response. We complied with their return policy and they are not complying with their OWN policy. Plus the delivery man promissed two extra boxes of meat that we never received.
They stole $900.00 from my family that was money for food, we have 5 children and how someone could rip you off like that is so unethical I dont understand it.
We are really upset and called the Attorney Generals office to have this resolved!
