My husband had entered to win a car at a mall when we were called and told he didn't win the car, but a chance for all of the other free gifts.  We were told to come to an address in LA and got a 3 hour long presentation about the "timeshare."

First of all, all of the properties that were displayed in the video we watched were not part of this time share = false advertising.  Second of all, we were told all sorts of lies and pressured into purchasing it for 20K if you can believe that.  After all of the lies, when we tried to use it, everything was always booked, and we were told there wasn't availability.  Big surprise!  Then the regular maintenance fee hikes, then the understand of how little your points really get you, then seeing the resorts, all but 2 are more like low class motels.

I am very willing to participate in a Class Action Law Suit and will keep my eye open for them.  This place is the biggest scam.

I have tried to sell my timeshare, you can't even practically give it away.  I want my money back and to just forget I ever made such a bad decision.

This scam should be illegal.  It is completely criminal to do such a thing to innocent people.
