When I went to a time share meeting in September They told me that the judge is holding off until they get so many people to swithch to Diamond Resorts. I Refused who wants time share you cannot get rid off with out paying to get out of it. Consurmers get sucked into there programs and have not way out of getting out unless you pay at least $1500 or more. Even if you have it payed off and owe nothing and are will to give it away you must pay to give it away.
I have not proof but am thinking that if people pay the extra fee to use Diamond resorts the judge will think that people are going along with there plan. We were not even asked to write in on the judgement what we thought of the whole deal
