Money Leaf Financial stealing money from my account Internet

I noticed on 11-16-12 that my bank account was debited $29.95 from my account. I looked up the address listed on the bank statement and saw that it was a loan finance company. I called the phone number listed and the recording told me to go file for a refund on another website. I did that. It is now Dec.1 2012 I have received no refund and I went back to the website www.moneyleaffinancial.com and call the number back but there is no prerecorded message just one saying to call back during business hours. I googled the company and have seen that I am not the only one this is happening to and I will be contacting a lawyer if they don't give me my money back. I did not authorize any funds to be withdrawn from my account nor have I ever heard of this company.
