Money Mutual Sold my account info to various companies and caused my bank account to be closed, Internet

I applied for a payday loan in August of last year and after applying to money mutual thinking it was a legitimate company. My bank acct info was being i gues sold to any and everyone causing my bank acct to be closed.  I thought it was a better route to take for a short term loan but not by a long shot. Not only was people attaching fees to my acct i didnt even get a loan with them due to the high volume of companies accesing my acct.

When i called my bank they told me i would have to pay off my loan with them in order to close my acct which at the time i didnt have the funds to do. So now i have this acct that i have to pay off because not only would my bank not close they continued to allow access to my acct after i alerted them that my identity had been stolen.
