Money Tree Mortgage ripoff Woodstock Georgia

I am filing a claim because I filled out an online application in August of 2003. I was assured that I was approved to get the ball rolling I needed to send in a 300.00 fully refundable processing fee to them. The 300.00 processing fee was drafted out of my checking account and things were moving along.

Well I notice that everytime I called to check the status of my loan. My file was at someone else's desk. I asked and the said that is how they work. Your file has to be transfered to different departments I was told.

Then, they kept coming up with different reason for me not closing. Your score is not where it needs to be. Pay this off pay that off and I was paying different things off. Then my score went up and then they tell me it needs to be at another score to close.

Then spoke with someone else and they said my score was one thing someone else said it was another. I was giving the run around for several months. I asked for my money back and they said it is only refundable upon closing. I am so disgusted with this company and I am very hurt that they ripped me off. I need help getting my money back and the word needs to be out that no one else needs to fool with this company ever again.
