Moneybookers Skrill Asking for Identification high definition photo, social number, business documentation and other as for verification then they close the account. Internet

I was using the services of Moneybookers for a short while to send money to freelancers. In the few months they have closed my account 3 times always asking for some additional verifications so that they would re-open it. This means that they first asked for address verification. Then for a high definition photo or scan of my Identification Card. Then for my social number. Every time saying, that this is the last document needed. 

Finally they asked me for my business licence, a high quality image of it and then for a bank statement or similar to once again verify my address. When I sent in all of these they closed my account with no explanation at all, they told me that I can withdraw my money and that's all.

I also have to add, that when I first wanted to work with them my bank (Bank of America didn't let me transfer founds to them, because they have had previous reports against Moneybookers). I should've listened. Now I can only hope that they will not use my documentations for ID theft or similar.
