That's just the tip of the iceberg with this woman.
She is currently selling them in the Corona area. She does not have a house but will make an excuse and ask to meet you in some parking lot. She used to work her scam in Arcadia but LA County was building a case against her so now she has begun selling her sick puppies in Corona because that is in Riverside County. She is a very mentally deranged person. Please go to facebook and search for "Monique Matthews" and join my campaign against her, additionally, please go to change.org and join the petition on that site as well to shut down her operations. it's also important you contact law enforcement, ASPCA, Humane Societies, and the District Attorney in the city she sold you the dog. She has been running this puppy scam for years and must be stopped. We are only the most recent victims, but she has affected 100s of people. The current phone number she is using is 626-251-0188 but I am sure it will change soon. She is also presumed to be at this address: xxPortola St, San Dimas, Ca 91733. Her old address was xx8th St. in Arcadia. I, and others, are currently building a case against her. Please contact the above groups/individuals, add your name to the list, and keep harassing law enforcement to get this taken care of. Also, don't blame yourself. This woman is a professional con-artist who deserves to be behind bars. The only way you could do something wrong in this situation is if you stand by and do nothing.
