Monitronics Had Monitronics Monitoring, for a year, alarm would go off for several minutes, and we did not recieve any calls. From them or law enforcement, Therefore our home was not being monitered. Dallas, Texas

In the one year of service, the alarm has been set off, and we got no response from Monitronics, or law enforcement. Why did I wait a year, to complain, because I tried to resolve the problem with Monitronics,
I toldthem to cancel my service, because they already have my money, Which I have already kissed good-bye. I'm sure I won't get a refund of the remaining balance.
But I don't want to be harassed, by them, like some people that I have read about.
Ths company is Rotten to the core, they just collect your money, and you don't get the service you paid for.
You think your home is safe, when your are away, but guess again, especially if you are with Monitronics.
