Monitronics After three years of service, company delays for months official cancellation. I faxed, as well as mailed cancellation. They continue to claim they don't receive. They delay for months to continue billing. Do not do business with the company Dallas Texas

After three years of services, I cancelled services. I faxed, mailed and called to no evail. They continued to bill. It tooks months of paying, calling and writing to cancel. It is still not cancelled. Do not do business with them as they will continue billing and causing you frustration as long as they can. "did not recieve or another excuse" to continue billing.
