This company is not for your home security it is about making money and that is the bottom line. When I was on vacation a year ago my alarm went off. I was in Ten. but that did not matter. It was considered a 'false alarm' I was charged $60. NO amount of talking solved that problem

In March of this year I called the billing department and told them I was closing the bank account the auto pay was taken from. I did give them the name of new bank and account numbers to continue auto pay. They chose instead to take the payment from the old account causing an over draft fee of $27.00. I contacted the billing department again and was told they have to have 30 days notice to do this. I told them I was not told that. Well, they record all phone conversations and would listen to it and get back to me. Hmmm seems the recorder was not working and they were sure I was told that, but they would credit the over draft charge. That took one letter and three phone calls. Then I called and told them I wanted to go to billing rather then auto pay as they seem to have a problem in their billing dept. No problem. But there was, I then received a bill for $94.32. Now where the heck did that come from?? I called on 4-21-06 and talke to a person who gave me her name as Jackie. She put me on hold and when she returned she said it was their error and I only owed the $13.94. I sent a check in the next day for that amount. The next payment would have been due on May l5 of which I did not receive a bill for. On the 16 I receive a phone call telling me my account is late and I owe $44 some thing. Come on! There is NO talking to these people. I also signed a three year contract for payments of $11.95 but it seems they can raise the rates at their whim. Can I get out of the contrat at my whim? With all the things going on today I feel these people are thinking they can just bully me into paying money I do not owe them. I am a senior woman and will not be bullied by them. I have tried to end the contract numerous times and they just do not seem to get it. I have had enough.
