       Had Liberty Alarm Company for 10 years when Monitronics bought them out. Never received any notification of the buy out. Have always paid every month right on time via auto payment. Original contract was for 3 years. These people claim you have to pay additional extension through 12 years.

Sent letter of cancelation. They claimed they received it a month later. Now I have to pay them additional 2 months because they received the letter the day after the 1st of the month.

They have no customer service my suggestion is to set the fraud division of the bank on them.
