That Old Hag Kathleen Monks is a Liar..... These peoplele are operating multiple websites to sell their sick, defective, unsocialized puppies! You're right when you spend well over $1,000.00 for a dog should receive actual vet documentation for the puppy not some Fraudulent wanna be hand made typed up Health Record! We Should file a complaint with Better Business Bureau! She Lied to me and sold me a dog that is undersized for the breed, and is extremely Skittish, and have a horrible ear crop job! She absloutely does not  know anything about the Breeds of dogs she owns she referred me to the AKC website! As  a reputable breeder you should be knowledgeable of your own lines  and know the breed of dogs you own inside and out! A reputable breeder only breeds once or twice a year! This Old Hag have puppies constantly for sell! I will probably try to file a class action lawsuit against her! You should try to get your money back! These people do not realize that people are going to have these animals for the next 10-14 years with these problems! The name Underhill Kennels speaks for itself for crying out loud!!!!
