Steve soll is a representative of nouveau riche, please do not sign up to have him teach you about real estate investig, with him. When you first meet him, he comes off as being very genuine. He of course will will string you along and offer to help you only after you sign up with nouveau riche, I think the company is great and I did learn alot from their education. Once I paid $16k i still did not get any kind of real estate advice of direction from this person, he was only interested in getting me to sign up my friends and associates. Before meeting Steve soll, I already owned several buildings and single family homes. His excuse for not helping me invest was that I needed to do marketing and promote the company. I did so for a while and I signed up a few people who also gave him $16k each. He did the same with them and never helped them do any kind of real estate investing. On several occasions he would tell me that he had some deals he was working on and that I should go to his office along with some of the people I also signed up, on a certain day. After we would take the day off and drive over an hour to his office, he would be more concerned with doing tele marketing only and when asked about the real estate deals,he would blow us off and ask us to schedule an appointment on another day. after driving over an hour... WTF After doing this several times, we finally stopped bothering with him and stopped referring any more people to him.

Fortunately, several of my frends and I did a few deals, thanks to the program and not to Steve soll. I would recommend the education and not Steve soll
