If Monro wants to bring people into their service facilities using this "loss leader", they should honor what is posted on their website and in the coupon. Monro and/or their employee's dishonesty cannot be tolerated.

There is no dispute about what was offered. What was listed on the coupon and what was presented as FACT by Monro Muffler/Brake & Service was a clear bait and switch tactic that needs to be advertised. For future users of Monro's Service I would suggest you call, like I did, set the appointment for the service, confirm it's a coupon they honor, and
RECORD THE CONVERSATION to play in a class action or false advertising lawsuit. That is what would be coming next if it mattered a hoot to me about their business. Perhaps the name of the company should be edited to Monro Muffler/Brake & DIS-Service?
