After charging $246.42(AGAIN) to replace the brakes and ROTORS they improperly installed the first time I took the car home to add a 'new problem"... the strut rubbing the tire. When I returned to question why the rubbing noise they said the STRUTS needed replaced (there was NO RUBBING when the car was taken in for brakes)
After filing a complaint with the main office... they called to say they would take off $39 for the brake pads (since they put the wrong ones on to begin with) but there was no way they would compensate for the ROTORS.(which ended up they did not take anything off since I was not satisfied with 'settling' for this) NO one needs new rotors each year.(unless there is improper wear from incorrect installation). They not only double charged for THEIR mistakes... they now think they can install struts too.
Do yourself a HUGE favor and stay away from this franchise. My particularly bad job was done in Canton, Ohio, but after dealing with the main office I would advise avoiding ANY of their stores. Find yourself a good mechanic and STAY AWAY from this incompetent and DISHONEST chain store.
I have filed complaint with my credit card company where I HOPE I will find SOME kind of satisfaction. BUYER BEWARE.....

We went to court (Sept. 28th at 9:30 am- where they were ordered to repay $197 -- they originally said it was incorrect brake pads.. but after an auto mechanic checked it out, it ended up that they previously put on the wrong ROTORS ) As of Oct. 12th I HAVE NOT RECEIVED my money (over 15 days) I would think that if they were SO reputable and anxious to make things right they would have sent the court ordered money immediately.
They can say what they want -- but their actions indicate a lack of customer interest or service as far as I can tell. I stand by my original complaint---BUYER BEWARE. In the meantime I will continue to wait on my court ordered money.

If only she had called us first, all of this could have been avoided and Nancy would have been repaid much sooner.
