Placed an order with Monshe Benet AKA Dewayne Cummings in Feb. 2014 he didn't send the order until April 2014. When it finally arrived it was some old clothing from a thrift store for $370. I immediately asked for a refund he gave me the run around for weeks with 1000 excuses. It's almost May 2014 and I still do not have my refund...Dewayne Cummings is a big liar and as reviews on Monshe Benet be aware he's a scam artist...

I am finally choosing to entertain this very bogus and malicious attack on my character first of all secondly a business that I work tirelessly to build. personally i did feel the need to even address this situation. However people close to me felt like i should. Out of hundreds of packages shipped to clients and hundreds of transaction I guess I have to expect some drama. My rebutal to this situation is going to be short and sweet.

The gentleman that filed this report was a client that responded to a look I placed on my website and social media to purchase the entire look for a set price of 150.00 which included a jacket shirt handkerchief and lapel pin. He also wanted a custom bow tie and pants. I gave this guy a very very good deal after he complained of money and a budget several times . During the process of customizing the tie and aquiring the finishing peices to the ensemble he for some reason wanted to start texting me and inboxing me with "good morning" "Good night" "how are you" and other personal and in my opinion very inappropriate messages.

Soon after he began to call me wanting to talk but it was not in reference to the transaction. At this point is when I informed him that I don't do personal conversations and If it wasn't in regards to the business please refrain from contacting me. I assume this didn't sit well with Mr. Scott Bard-Mansur. As soon as he recieved the package he immediately started complaining and whining. I simply said if you are not happy i would be more than happy to refund you your money. He began to get very disrespectful and irrate. demanding his money to be returned immediately and very uncooperative.

I then explained to him he will receive the refund in full once the package is returned which is my policy and every other company I have delt with. You can not and will not get a refund until the merchandise is returned, that is basic protocol. So now he wants to say that he didn't get one of the boxes and began to curse and at that point I chose to no longer communicate with this customer. All I had to say to him was once I recieve the merchandise he will get his refund. There was nothing more for us to discuss. So because I would refund the money immediately he starts to send me several messages calling me out of my name and promising to do any and everything to destroy me and slander me.

He promised to do everything in his power to destroy my business. I continued to ignore Mr. Mansur messages and calls. I would only respond with your refund will be granted when the product is returned. This gentleman went as far as to make false conversation transcripts, make facebook postings sharing my personal phone number on his social media and wherever he can and again I continued to ignore it. When i recieved my product back I informed Mr. Mansur that it had been recieved and his refund will be granted. I have learned alot about doing business over my lifetime and one thing that is certain you will not please every customer and there are some very very interesting people in the world and you never know what the outcome will be no matter how hard you try.

I will take this lesson as a blessing from dealing with this guy. Now that this has been done on to more positive things and always remember. What's for you is for you no matter what man does he can not stop a blessing God has for you. People will go much further to destroy you than they would to build you up. Please feel free to contact me to review the actual conversations and not the doctored one to make me look like I gave him the run around. And for the record the ensemble he complained about that was cheap and horrible sold 2 days after I got it back and the client was very very happy.
