Montage Furniture System Valid warranty of furniture denied Milbank, South Dakota

Montage Furniture Systems is a completely fraudulent warranty company. I reported a valid claim to them and they have spent almost 3 months lying and making up invalid descriptions of damage that occured to my furniture in order to avoid payment or repair.
I have a sofa that has had fabric ripping away from the frame and the sofa stuffing is falling out. They have claimed this is seam damage which it is not. A seam is where 2 fabrics are sewn together with stitches. There is no seam any where near where the damage is. This is also not normal wear as the couch is otherwise in perfect condition as is the love seat I purchased at the same time. They lie and delay and find a million reasons to not honor this warranty. Their employees are horribly rude and uncooperative. Even the furniture store we purchased this from warned us that Montage would act exactly as they have and would do ANYTHING to get out of honoring their warranty.
Do not waste your money on this company! They will not pay for anything.
