They estimated delivery would be about 2 weeks. After 3 weeks with no phone call, I called and they told me they had no clue when they could get the hay to me. I called every 2 weeks for 2 months, and then I finally had to get my own trucking company. That was still a mess, and they cold not give me a time for the trucking company to meet up with them. The company ended up going out there 2 seperate times, the first time no one would tell them where to go. And I live 500 miles away, so this was a big deal.
Finally on thesecond trip they were able to get a load of hay, but it was only 21 tons. The people said that's all they had and sent the driver on his way.
When the hay arrived at my house I called to see where the rest was, and they told me a semi load is only 24 tons. Even then, I was still screwed out of 3 tons of hay.
This company is a scam, I am just happy to have gotten some hay from them.
