Moon Valley Nursery salesman, sold me ficus trees after customer stated ficus will not survive at customer area Mesa Arizona

i as a customer ask salesman "ewa" i want 11 ash trees for my yard. and as salesman showed me the size of trees and whats available. i told salesman i love the ficus except,ficus dont do well in queen creek where i live. salesman said i quote" oh no,as long as ficus box is over 24"box or more they would be fine" he was so sure and positive if they dont do well ,moon valley guaranteed to replace them for one year. so with his advise i accepted and purchase 3-36 box ficus 4-32 box ficus and 4-24 box ficus and 1-24 box peach 1-24 box apricot.

i have called 3 month later to tell them about my peach tree that its dying and the person i spoke to on the phone say "i should wait until october to see if it did died because sometimes tree need time especially the peach tree they need to settle,so to call back in october, october came and i called again about the peach tree, the person on the phone said to me ," i dont know who told you this, but its only guarantee for 3 month. i went to moon valley store, the salesperson i had purchased the order from was at a different location,so the salesperson who was at the store said his boss will sell u new trees for half price. i sent moon valley a email and never heard from them again.
