I am getting ready to leave my employment again to return to school and have tried to contact them twice in writing to make an offer that is within $1600 of what they wanted to settle for by March 31, 2009. This garnishment has caused me to take on another job and I'm offering them $3000 certified funds on an orginal debt of $1400 and they won't answer. I bet they didn't even pay $100 for this.
I wonder how they sleep at night.
