*Consumer Comment: Common Scam, new Name
There is something not right when a company calls and automatically states they are going to sue you but don't tell you what for, what company they are calling on behalf or what the amount is that you owe.
I have been struggling financially and so when these guys called me saying that they were going to sue me I was concerned. They called my work number I told them I would have to call them back. They said you better hurry or we are going to file the paperwork in one hour. When I called them back I told them it is not acceptable to call me at work and what was this about? The guy (Mike Robins) started screaming at me that he was going to have me arrested. For what? You know this is a very stressful time for people and so when con artists call you at work and try to scare you into just giving your information to them over the phone so you won't be sued it pisses me off because I am sure there are some people who fall for this. If these guys call tell them you are going to report them to the Federal Trade Commission and tell them to never contact you again. And follow thru with the threat because otherwise they will just keep doing this.
