Morris Hutson is in Dayton TN pretending to be a weathly real estate investor. He actually has no money of his own, but pretends he does to trick people into signing a contract with him to purchase their real estate. He then ties up their property so they can do nothing with it and if they try to break the contract he sues them.
I know one individual who he offered to buy their motel for $2 million dollars. He never payed them a cent but offered to sell them back a small piece of the property for $8,000. They paid him for their own property which he had never put anything down on. He did not do the work he promised with architects, contractors, etc. His goal was to get the $8,000 and tie up the property until the owner would try to break the contract, then he would sue them.

He did the same thing to another property owner who actually paid him $5,000 just to let them out of their contract and not sue him.

He also pretends to make DVDs about training horses that he promises are sold "nationwide" which he makes thousands of dollars a week in sales.

I also know elderly women that he promised a 30 to 40% return on their investment,withing a few months, if they would just give him some money.

He is a con man of the worst sort. He doesn't pay his bills. He owes lawyers, real estate brokers, contractors, landlords, and anyone else who will work for him in good faith. If you meet this man, do not give him money, do not sign a contract for anything and do not believe a word out of his mouth.
