Motel 6 Abusive Staff, Hostile Other Guests, Dirty Rooms. What's not to love? Internet, Internet

I have stayed at this location a number of times and have the same consistent problem with this Motel 6 and I would have said this was one of the better locations of this national chain but I'd at this point avoid them all since it has been that bad.  And I have stayed at many of the Motel 6 hotels across the USA and have yet to have one positive experience with any of them.  In Amherst you have basically nice front desk staff but forget about sleeping there.  When housekeeping is there you might as well forget getting any sleep, getting any work done, or doing much of anything since they are constantly slamming doors.  Slamming them into the wall to open them, slamming them shut, slamming into the wall, and this goes on for hours!

The property itself is so close to the Interstate that you hear constant noise from semis, Harleys, and any other thing without a muffler, you might as well forget about sleeping.

Other guests get so upset THEY REPEAT the behavior of the noisy staff to punish the rest of us who are staying there, it is insane.  

Prices, and this is speaking of the entire Buffalo Niagara Falls market are out of sight. I can live long term in California in hotels for about 1/2 the cost of this place.  They wanted as much as $75-$100 per night during peak season or on a summer holiday, and you do not get a good value for your money.

You have other choices in the Buffalo market, avail yourself of them.  And avoid Buffalo and Niagara Falls entirely if you can.
