This company is a total fraud in 2 different ways.
1. They hire sales reps, admin personnel and web professional to do various jobs. They say that you have to work for 2 weeks to get paid 2 weeks later. For example, you work from the 1st to the 15th and the get paid on the 1st of the following month. Once pay day comes, they come up with an excuse for why you didn't get paid and say they will pay on the next pay day. Once the employee starts to complain that they are not getting paid, the company says they were not doing a good job and they no longer want them involved. The employee either quits or gets "fired". The company then threatens the employee with legal action if they make their complaints public. The owner David Samson, then pretends to be an personal assistant when corresponding with the former employee.
2. They put out ads on Craigslist and other sites saying they are looking for upcoming and aspiring models for their TV shows "most Beautiful Girl in the World" and other shows. The model then goes through a screening process which consists of emailed pictures and a 5 minute phone interview. The girl is then told that she has been chosen to be on the show. To secure her spot, she must pay $1000 for a portfolio and she will get paid $5000 for the show. The company says that the show will be on TV, that they have sponsors and that Steven Spielberg is involved. None of this is true. These girls are being taken advantage of and defrauded out of their hard-earned $1000.
This is the worst kind of scam company there is. They scam their employees and unsuspecting girls all over North America.
They have gone my Motion Tech TV and now Motion Studios and will no doubt continue to change their name to stay ahead from these reports.
The owner's name is David Samson aka David Rhys-Beauregar. Other names involved are David Dordick, and Matt Wolf. It is very possible that these are all the same person.

Hey There,
I've been following these updates almost daily as I also have an open, unrelated file against David with the VPD here in Vancouver. I've been finding it really helpful to see that there are others out there trying to do their best to make David's scams public. It is frustrating to see this man continue to cheat people out of their money, misrepresent himself and his intentions, as well as threaten and insult these ex employees who are trying to help. I know David to be dangerous, delusional and above all, mentally unstable.
For those of you reading this or posting affiliated claims against David please note that the following names are all David's alias'. His real name is David Tiltman, he is from Winnipeg.

What you two have to understand is that you are going to be indicted. I was an employee of David's and we all knew all about the two of you. You were both fired. You both stole the company's money. Sending legal papers doesn't make you innocent it makes you in the guise of pretending you have a case.
I'm one of their lawyers, were going to make you deliver that notice, which we all know won't come, and we're going to savor making you look bad, those papers won't come and we'll make you sweat and why don't you show them delivered here before your indicted as the last BS stand! Because you don't have the money to deliver them and you know it. Anyone can deliver legal
papers but we'll deliver your heads on an indictment article.

Look, this Rhona braud is not very flattering to herself. She claims to have worked for him and she claim's he didn't pay her. If he hired her why couldn't he hire 1000 others or 15,000 others?
I've worked with David for 18 years, the man has had 10,000 employees give or take in the last 18 years. Hiring is his specialty among other talents. Firing lousy employees and blackmailers is also his specialty.
I fail to see the logic she's using. He's had problems with hiring online like many of us have but she's just not hearing anything or anyone!

Whoever may read this will just have more evidence that David is delusional. He thinks he is very important, and that somehow his family history, which he probably embellished, will help his case with the law. Hey Rhona, this is writing correspondent #3 in this case. Didn't you work for the company for the whole time they were supposedly scamming girls? Isn't that illegal? This is what you claimed above! You left not because they were scamming, you left because you claimed they never paid you. You're in trouble Rhona! Bigger than you might imagine. So Rhona, you created the scam warnings, when there were no scams from the company. Your scam warnings are right here! You created them Rhona!
We have phone taps of all your conversations! Every date you were on that phone and when and what you said. Doesn't look so good now falsely accusing a legit company like Motion Studios. You claim you were not payed but you were happily working away. Well Rhona, it seems people who talk too much on Rip Off reports end up coughing up their whole false story!
Didn't you get paid in cash Rhona, by stealing the money from that account you listed? Because we have evidence you did!
I think Rhona Karbusicky, Vancouver, BC does not get that indictment is around the corner.

David, I (Nikole Klinkhamer, of Vancouver, BC) contacted the Vancouver Police Department myself back in September and they have my cell phone number and all other necessary contact information. I assure you that if they were on your side and not mine they would have already asked us to stop warning others about your fake TV show, etc. If The Most Beautiful Girl in the World was actually a television show being filmed this year, there would be other coverage of it. The fact that only your own fake studio has any knowledge of it confirms that you just made it up. You should really consider giving up this fight. As a Producer, having worked in Film/TV since 10 years old I can unequivocally state that the spurious, vengeful, cheesy remarks are from someone who doesn't understand Contracts and also the Film/TV Talent Agent Business. In a nutshell, from personal experience requesting a fee for services in this case, Motion Studios giving services such as a Actresses Portfolio and Videography and charging $1K which doesnt begin to cover the costs is above board.
I payed in 1985 a Fee to a Talent Agent for an 8 X 10 Head-Shot & resume rewrite when I was working as a PA for the DGC, an Asst. Dir. for Indies and she gave my first gig as a Stand-In for Rick Springfield and earned in excess of $500 per day Still later, I worked Stand-In for Cannel and earned about the same I didnt have to schlep around calling the Film Production Casting office and had a blast as my rent was $400 per month near the Beach. I only earned $125 plus per day up to 16 hours for the DGC and $50 a day with per diem for Indies up to 24 hrs per day. I was no Coppola or Lucas or even Nick Cage- no illusions. A lot of wannabees expect to put treated like Marilyn Monroe. Not on this Planet Its a tough business and also, the people who weren't paid all the money they expected as Contract Talent Agents were padding the hours that they worked, taxing their Mentors, a senior Talent Agent & HR. Confusing the Models with incorrect schedules, BS information as they had little or no Media Experience, costing the Company in time/admin lost.
Would you pay a TV repairman if s/he showed up and plugged in the TV which your kid accidentally pulled out when vacuuming when you thought it was the Picture Tube. Possibly but not likely.
I paid $100 in 1985 and earned $20K in 1 yr; thats like $1K-2012 And, I never got a Videography and cant act my way out of a paper bag, though I have one credit for the CBC. I've even Volunteered as Set Security, PA, Stand-In and Extra and was happy to be hanging at Craft Services with Bob Fosse and Wolfgang Mankeweiz. FYI, Nick Cage is actually the Nephew of Coppola and didn't want to ride on the coattails of his Godfather Producer/Dir. Uncle Francis Ford Coppola. It's just sour grapes and when i worked as an Extra I called my Economics Prof and told him he was wrong and shouldn't have given me a "C" that there is free lunch on the Film Set That Milton Friedman was literally out to lunch. A lot of wannabees expect to put treated like Marilyn Monroe. Not on this Planet Its a tough business and also, the people who weren't paid all the money they expected as Contract Talent Agents were padding the hours that they worked, taxing their Mentors, a senior Talent Agent & HR. Confusing the Models with incorrect schedules, BS information as they had little or no Media Experience, costing the Company in time/admin lost.
Would you pay a TV repairman if s/he showed up and plugged in the TV which your kid accidentally pulled out when vacuuming when you thought it was the Picture Tube. Possibly but not likely.
I paid $100 in 1985 and earned $20K in 1 yr; thats like $1K-2012 And, I never got a Videography and cant act my way out of a paper bag, though I have one credit for the CBC. I've even Volunteered as Set Security, PA, Stand-In and Extra and was happy to be hanging at Craft Services with Bob Fosse and Wolfgang Mankeweiz. FYI, Nick Cage is actually the Nephew of Coppola and didn't want to ride on the coattails of his Godfather Producer/Dir. Uncle Francis Ford Coppola. It's just sour grapes and when i worked as an Extra I called my Economics Prof and told him he was wrong and shouldn't have given me a "C" that there is free lunch on the Film Set That Milton Friedman was literally out to lunch. He laughed heartily and said at least I gave you an appreciation of Jazz, good luck.

Motion Studios has to waste time dealing with people who quite obviously could not be hired by any self respecting company!
"Pathetical Rebuttal" is the title of this con artist's title for a rebuttal. It's supposed to read 'Pathetic Rebuttal'. Motion Studios is chuckling! They include a document that has ridiculous english and such garbage punctuation, grammar, and quality that one can only be led to the idea that this was not done by anyone who we would hire. Or even if we did, we would have to fire!
It is obvious that when you have had 700 employees in the last 2 years or so, that things can happen over the internet with people who don't deserve to be in the same class as Motion Studios.
The company wants people to know, one of it's major investors, David Rhys-Beauregar, is a class act and self made millionaire. He is a dedicated family man, business man, and great patriot of the arts and entertainment industry.
He is from a family, including 3 grandfathers from 2 generations, that are military and he himself has close ties to the military and another grandfather is Staff Sergeant RCMP. He is a statesman and loves his country and North America, and the world for that matter. Motion Studios makes donations to many charitable causes.
Motion Studios, the company, has had to investigate 15 counts of Fraud, Theft Over, and countless defamation of character, breach of contract, and much more during it's relationship with 700 employees and also from people the company does not know.
Many people have normal lives and think alot about what it's like at the top. People take shots at you for a variety of reasons. When there are people with the idea that they are going to persuade other people to see their point of view, they better have better skills than this pathetic article against Motion Studios because when you obviously are illiterate don't start writing articles.

We have been involved in this industry for years. There is many competitive consultants out there and there are criminals. We have it from the US Federal Marshals and Canadian RCMP that these people have been found to have made a fake website and misrepresented our company and are in the process of being investigated.
We have been assured that all of this is a scam designed to steal money from the Real Motion Studios!
