Thats Right!!! I have Never Bought Anything from you and probly never WILL, And i have no reson to Lie about a Wrong Go Cart!!! that you sent to Dan C. in Joliet Montana!!! And you know why he never Bitched about the Wrong Cart being Sent? Because just like the rest of these Poor Bas*^&* It way to much Hassle to deal with you A** H**** to send it back, Much LESS The COST!!!! So he ate it!! Just like alot of other people!!! That were dumb enough to buy From You Scammers!!!!!!!!!!! But the only thing you have going for you and your Company, Motbuys, Is you have'nt Ripped off as many people as the other guys!!! Or No one!!! Like Dan C. has Ever Wrote a Report About You!!! But Dan asked me if i would let people Know about this Wrong Doing So I Am!!!! And if you know who im talking about or even Care? Contact him i Dare Ya!!! He Will Set the Record Straight, In the future i would like to order one on these Go Carts But you can Bet Your As*  I Will NOT Lay down and be Screwed!!! If i get the Wrong Model Sent to me, You Can Bet there will be H**l to Pay!!!! Lawyer Standing By,  And Cost to Prove my Point Priceless!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Moto Buys Rip OFF

My husband and I bought a motobike for our 10 year old son for Christmas.  When the bike came in the side panel was in peices, and when my husband put the rest together and started the bike it ran terrible.  It smokes up, is poorly manufactured and does not meet any standards for the price.  When he called to see what our options are for this peice of crap they will not accept returns.  We just got our money taken and was shipped an item that is NOT in any way suitable for riding. 

We were told that it can not be shipped back since gas was ran through it- that seems so shady just like this company.  They have terirble customer serive, never answer phones and when transferred to "tech support" it is an answering machine.  We are now a week away from Christmas with a peice of s**t in our garage and out 500 bucks!  I will be posting and blogging about this site to everyone on every social media available.  They are scammers and my son has to suffer because of MOTOBUYS.com's way of doing business and NOT taking care of customers only their pocketbook.  You are horrible people!

 Wow more and more MSO problems!!! All the Ripioff Reports are about this!! And no Emals sent back to Buyers Or no one to Answer to these Problems? For Weeks and Weeks !! Even if i retracted all the comments i have made about your Company!!  And how its Run! This MSO thing!! That's a real Problem for Me, There is still no Good Reason for MSOs Not being sent!! Or how Much Hassle you make it!!! To get the Dam thing !!!  And without it !! You are Screwed, No way to Insure the Dam thing!! No way to get an Off Road sticker!! 

No way to License it! Or get it Inspected!! Alot of issues to deal with!! That No One should have to Deal With!! Please Resolve These Issues !!!! Im now ready to Buy!!! But from Who? I dont have 7 Weeks to wait for an MSO!! Or Longer!!  Forget the Dumb Glove issues and Helmet Stuff, This MSO issue is a real Deal Breaker!!!  Just saying!!! You Need to Make it Easy to Get!!! And Not have to Jump through Flaming Hoops to Get IT !!!! And a far as 3 People a Year Complaning!! Your way out of Bounds with That One!

Dont get me Wrong no matter where you Go!! There is always someone B*tching about Something the Company did or didn't do, And there is always someone thats' an a*s on the phone!! But to bring yourself Down to there Level is no way to Run a Company!! It just shows us All, The Non Professional way this Company is being Run!!!  Buyer's you have Been Warned!! MSO Problem!!! This is Not Cool!!!! Now to find Someone that's not a Hassle to Buy From!!! Yeah Right!!!!!!  The Next time Someone Gives you the Business on the Phone! Kill um with Kindness!! Works every Time!

Again, we have never sold this customer anything.  We have no record of a Dan C and have no record of anyone in Joliet MT.   This is most likely a false report filed by a competitor.  Since this report does not give a proper order number, actual full name of any customer or even the model # and purchase date of a vehicle, it is very apparent how fake this report is.

We find it very amusing that this phoney report says we are scammers even though this person admits they have never done any business with us. 

We suggest that this person who filed this report (PLEASE NOTE THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY NAME, E-MAIL OR ANY CONTACT INFORMATION) WHICH FURTHER PROVES ITS IS A FAKE REPORT!

 Again we DO NOT send out wrong models, if we did customers would simply contact there credit card company and dispute the charge. 

Motobuys stands behind our products and we have built a reputation for going "above and beyond" to satisfy our customers. This False and fake post here could not be farther from the truth.
