I have never received my MSO and/or even an invoice for the purchase of my daughter's $1500.00 TrailMaster Youth XRX go cart. For the past (7) weeks, the General Manager, Bill, has been argumentative and told me that the MSO came with the go cart and I must "not be able to find it". After weeks of back and forth, Bill finally said that he would "forward the request for a duplicate MSO to the factory" and it would take up to two weeks. When three weeks passed with no MSO or invoice, they changed the time frame to 2 to 4 weeks. I then turned my complaint over to the BBB to help me get an MSO and/or an invoice. Most importantly, Michael from their "factory" finally called me and said that they received my request the day before and that they would send the original MSO out in that day's mail. The factory also told me that they DO NOT send a MSO with every purchase as Motobuys.com employees had been telling me for weeks!! The factory said that they only send a MSO if the customer calls AFTER the purchase and requests one. I forwarded that disposition from their own factory back to Motobuys.com in an effort to educate them for future customers. Bill is the "General Manager" and does not even know the process on how a customer is to receive a MSO on TrailMaster go carts!! What a joke. It has taken me 12+ emails and at least (4) phone calls to get this far.

From the comments listed above, it appears that Motobuys.com (Bill) tries to make excuses and reply to each negative comment. Let me assure you that their excuses are just that, excuses. At the end of the day, I am STILL waiting on the MSO and/or an invoice for a go cart purchase in November, 2012!!! The product and the shipping went fine but if you need customer service AFTER the sale, run from this company! And when you get tired of running, take a breath and run some more. Bill, you really need to find another job because you are substandard on your best day.  UPDATE:  Now that the BBB is involved, Motobuys.com provided me with a invoice FINALLY.  Great job guys!  (7) weeks to get a receipt!  The MSO is reportedly "in the mail" but we shall see.  These guys continue to lie about the complaint even through today.  Bill, if you did business the correct way you would not have to spend all this time lying about customers and trying to reply to each complaint.  Walmart is hiring, you need another job!!

(Note): This is a real review from a consumer.  In no way of form of compensation is offered for my reports. 

 I am extremely pleased with the excellent services that "Motobuys.com", has provided towards my purchase of the "BMS Heritage 150cc". Initially, I had placed a phone call first to "Motobuys" to have a better understanding of the available products. My questions were addressed by Bill in a well respected and comfortable manner. He was so patient and funny as well for a representative . Never once, mislead me in the wrong direction to make my final decision. A total stand up kind of guy he is and for the two other gentlemen  that works alongside with him.

I was provided my tracking number within 4 hours after placing my order. My scooter had arrived exactly on the date that was specified with the shipper.  And, may I say not one scratch on my vehicle from the West to East coast!  Plus, (I know your waiting to hear) All of  my documents had arrived 4 days after my scooter was delivered.  No kidding here.  Completely amazed of their effort to have made this the best buying experience to a new comer. 

Trust my review guys! This is the correct place that will exceed your expectations.

in the case of the mso/mco paperwork i agree with motobuys the customer was rude and disrespectfull from the very first phone call and email.

motobuys is right some go karts do come with the mco in the grate and some dont it all depends on what model you are getting.

and not to mention that if the grate didnt have the mco in it its up to the consumer to file a mco reguest with motobuys.

Its been my expierience that if your rude to a company or employee of a company ya there gonna be rude right back and arent really gonna try to rectify a situatoin in a timely fashoin.

perhaps if the consumer had been curtious and polite motobuys would have tried to straighten the matter out quicker.

the fact that the customer had gotten the mco and bill of sale and was still being very direspectfull after the fact and still posts negative comments about the mco come on can you say duh.

next time try being polite and respectfull you would be suprised on how much farther that will get you in life.

not to mentoin the customer recieved a go kart that was in perfect conditoin and has had no problems with his whole report was about a piece of paper that doesnt stop you from useing the go kart i could understand inquring about the mco and maybe being upset if it was a road bike or scooter where you need the mco to get it legal but even that doesnt call for rudeness and name calling now does it.

i fully intend on ordering from motobuys in febuary 2014 and im willing to bet that even if there is a problem with the order a little respect will get the matter straightened out in a timely manner.

Again this guy misses the point completely.  Selling a few  items on Ebay is the same as selling 7000+ vehicles a year?  Again this guy has already received his MSO, and he has received his Bill of sale, however he never he mentions that in any of his phoney rebuttals here. Yet he still continues to post these phoney rebuttals here. 

He was treated poorly because he is one of the rudest, nastiest a-hole human beings I have ever dealt with.  Our company sells over 7000 units a year, we average about 3 to 8 negative posts a year. That means that 6990+ happy customers with no issues.  We are VERY proud of that track record. No matter how hard we try there is always one of these guys a year.  This is the typical bully that thinks he can treat people like dirt.  Sorry Mr. Foreman, it is never my intention to ever argue or have a dispute with a customer. However in your case I make that exception.  Never will I ever allow anyone to treat to my staff of myself in the despicable manner in which you have treated us.

Again I post your quotes here for all to see, that you seem to ignore in everyone of your rebuttals, never a mention of your despicable behavior, just attacks on me personally:

So to the reader of these posts, I ask a simple question,  if this customer has received his MSO and his bill of sale, which is basis of his complaint,  while long after he received it is he still posting here. 

Mr. Foreman, it is apparent that someone standing up against your rude treatment of others has hit a nerve with you. If that bothers you GREAT! no one deserves it more than you. In your case I have zero regret.

It is never our goal to not do our best for our customers, however please again understand this is all over a simple MSO, that Mr. Foreman thinks it took too long to arrive. That is the real bottom line here. We are sorry for the mix up on that.  There was some confusion on this models MSO. We are not perfect.  However that in no way justifies this customers behavior.

All this customers requests have been addressed and taken care of. As we sell thousands of units per year we try hard to provide stellar customer service to all. Motobuys is confident that our longstanding commitment to satisfy our customers will stand on it's own merits and why we are
BBB accredited, Buy Safe Guaranteed and Yahoo Certified.

Bill------Your lies and name calling must come to a stop.  After innocent people read both of our posts, I would encourage them to go to ebay, pull up my ebay name (travistforeman) and look at the feedback.  In the past (12) years, I have bought and sold 173 times on ebay with a 100% positive feedback score.  That's right Bill, 100% feedback score.  NOT ONE COMPLAINT in 12 YEARS of buying and selling on Ebay!!!  That kind of shoots your theory and name calling out-the-window now doesn't it?!  You, or your company, can't say the same.  Your BBB score is a "B", not a A+, A or even a B+.  Maybe when the owner of Motobuys gets tired of your substandard job performance, he will get a real "Manager" and his scores will go back up.  After full review of the posts and looking at my Ebay feedback, the readers will know who is lying, talking down to people and who is rude......its you Bill.  The "piece of paper" that you say is no big deal is the REGISTRATION to the go cart.......it is a pretty important document to the new owner of a go cart, motorcycle, car ect...  Bill, you really need some in-service training to learn how to do your job and how to treat customers.  Lastly, it seems that you have angered and talked down to yet another customer this week who bought an ATV and you sent the wrong one to!  I guess that customer is crazy, rude and lying too!!!!  Bill, for the sake of Motobuys.com, why dont you just find another job? This will truly be my last rebutal to your lies on this site, I just wanted the readers to know of my 12 year ebay feedback score to show, again, that you are a liar.  Run from Bill and this company, RUN, RUN, RUN!!

Bill---Name calling and attempting to demean your customers does not work.  You are the one who tries to "talk down" to people, not me.  I am not angry, agressive or arrogant....you just forced me to expose you and your employees lies.  You and your employees are either a group of liars or you are horribily uninformed about your own process!  I just want the innocent people reading this to be warned about you and the company that you work for.  You lied for weeks, were caught in your lies, refused to admit that you and your employees are liars and then tried to blame a customer who waited over (7) weeks for you to do your job.  Not having a receipt and a MSO (registration) is a big deal but the bigger issue was your intentional lies, your cover-up, your run around, your non response to emails and calls and your arrogance.  It is similiar to buying an auto and not having the title because the seller is shady.  I am not the only customer that you have done this to.  I mentioned my education because you attempted to talk to me like a 10 yr. old with no common sense and blamed me for "not finding the MSO".  Now, a month and a half later, Michael at your own factory said that you dont send the MSO with Trail Master go carts and exposed your weeks of lies.    Obviously, that did not work well for you.  The only reason that you finally provided a receipt and a MSO after (7) weeks and (4) days of lies is that you were scared about the BBB complaint (You are already down to a straight B).  If you did business the right way, you could have been selling go carts and motorcycles today instead of making excuses for your poor job performance on this website.  Excuses, excuses, excuses.  It seems to be your expertise.  Lastly, picking bits and pieces of my 12 unneccessay emails does not prove anything besides a customer must spend over (7) weeks pushing you to finally do your job.  Your emails were short, abrupt, uninformative, arrogant and untruthful.  Again, Michael at your own factory exposed you for who you are.  He said that you know they dont send the MSO with the cart!  You should call him at your factory and let him know what lies your are telling your customers so he can at least cover for you!  In an effort to be done completely with you and your shady company, this will be my last response.  You have taken valuable time from my schedule the last (7) weeks begging you to do your job and loose your attitude, I must move on.  Readers, run from this company, RUN, RUN, RUN... and if you get tired, RUN some more.

Again to the reader, this is all over a simple little piece of paper that Mr Foreman has tried here and failed very badly to make a federal case out of. Yes it was a late in coming. and again had ZERO bearing on the use of the product. THATS THE BOTTOM LINE.

11/26/2012-12/18/2012    Motobuys lies at least (5) times and states that the MSO came with the cart

                                        when they knew, or should have know, that it does not.

12/18/2012                       Ordered another duplicate MSO

12/24/2012                       Emailed to check status of MSO, was told it could take UP TO 2 weeks

Week of 01/07/2013           Still no MSO after (3) weeks or even a simple receipt for the $1500.00 go

01/14/2013                        Talked to "the factory" and Michael comfirmed that Motobuys.com has been

                                         does not!!  Bill starts scambling because I caught in in several lies.

Week of 01/14/2013           Finally receive a handwritten "receipt" for the purchase (7)+ weeks ago!

01/18/2013                        Finally recieve the original MSO from factory....(7) weeks and (4) days 

                                         later.  That's right, (7)+ weeks to get a receipt and original paperwork.  

                                         Great job Motobuys!!



The above timeline speaks for itself.  Bill, and Motobuys, came make excuses and blame everyone else from the above substandard "service" that they gave me.  Bill, if you and the group of scammers at Motobuys did not do business the way that you do, you would not even have to monitor this webite and take valuable time rebuting honest reviews of your "company".  You are a professional liar and scam artist.  Don't be angry that I caught you in your lies and would not tolerate your run around any longer!  You are the only "bullie" around here.  You are just angry that I would not put up with it!!  Run from this company!!!

On November 26, 2012 Mr. Foreman placed an order for a Trailmaster XRX mid-size go kart.  He received the unit promptly and in perfect working order.  In most units the MSO does come in the crate. This entire blown out of proportion complaint is over a MSO that has absolutely no bearing on the use or enjoyment of the unit.  In most states go carts are not required to be registered. 

So we are clear here this customer has had absolutely no financial harm done to him and at no time has his child not been able to use the go kart. So what is the complaint about, its a personal attack on me because I stood up to this abusive and arrogant customer to protect my staff from his insulting e-mails and phone calls? (Please read excerpts from his e-mails below).

I have to tell this reader that we always try to live by the customer is always right 99.9% of the time, regardless of the issue.  Mr. Foreman is that 00.01% of customers that is impossible to deal with under any circumstances.  

This guy is one of the rudest and condescending  human beings I have ever dealt with.  He called many times, insults my staff, calls us rude names and sent upwards of 12 or more  e-mails, even though we told him on 12.24 that it will take 2 weeks to generate a duplicate title, and that is exactly what it took.

Please keep in mind the factory was closed from December 22, 2012 to January 7, 2013 for the holidays and they moved to a larger location during that time. So an MSO could not be generated until they returned and set up in their new larger location.  And again this has no bearing on Mr. Foremans use of the unit. It was strictly a paper that he decided he was going to insult us over and tried to be a bully about.

I finally had to put my foot down with this guy as I would not allow my staff to be bullied and insulted by this guy any further.  Thats why he has gone psycho here; I told him off and bruised his over-inflated, college educated ego.  However for this I am very proud, as my staff are great people and they are like family to me. So I will not allow my staff to be insulted verbally or by e-mail.  I am sure that anyone who works with people will understand why I stood up for my
staff after reading the above. 

It is never our goal to not do our best for our customers, however please again understand this is all over a simple MSO, that Mr. Foreman thinks it took too long to arrive.
