I paid this company for a extended warranty on my vehicle but when it broke down they refused to fix it.

This customer was cancelled and refunded as they requested on 10-15-2012 and the reason the claims was denied is the consumer DID NOT follow the manafacture's REQUIRED maintenance for the vehicle listed in the policy.
