THEY SOLD ME TWO DIFFERENT MODELS OF THE VE440 CELL PHONE, WHICH BLUESCREENED TWICE IN ONE MONTH...
METROPCS HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL. THE ONLY NUMBER THEY PROVIDE IS AN AUTOMATED CONTINUOUS LOOP ONLY USEFUL FOR PAYING A BILL.
MOTOROLA REFUSES TO REPAIR THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY, OR EVEN REPLACE IT.
DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM MOTOROLA, OR USE METROPCS.
