Mountain Service Tropical Pools - Ed Mara ,Jr. & Sr. The crooks took my money and did not complete the work. Stroudsberg Pennsylvania

I contracted Ed Mara (Jr & Sr) to install a Viking fiberglass pool. They were paid $38,500. The only work that was performed was the digging of the hole and placing the pool in the hole (the hole was not even backfilled). The were contracted to Install the pool, plumbing, lighting, equipment and concrete/paver decking. No equipment or supplies were ever deliver or installed.

I signed a contract with MSTPs in the early summer 2006. It is now the fall 2007 and I have not heard from them since May 2007. I have made many phone calls, emails and faxes but have not received any equipment, money or labor that is owed to me.

At this point I have moved forward and installed the pool without them. I want them to return to me $18,000 (this of course does not include stress and frustration).

If you see any rebuttle to this note from the Maras, do not believe it. I will enter a rebuttle myself when the matter has been cleared.

Ed Mara Sr, to my understanding ran into some problems and had to leave PA. He is now in South Caroline in/near Myrtle Beach. If you know his whereabouts, please let me know. The son Ed Jr. (to the best of my knowledge) is still living in PA. They are both professional liars and at this point, I would consider them criminals.

This company is also not approved Viking Pool installers.

Do not do business with these crroks.
