Hold everything you own then act like your a burden. No response no responsibilty complete possession of your goods. The worst variety of thieves, sulking and waiting to take advantage of those in desperate situations and then swoop in to take advantage of those in desperate positions. Lol because they are always late!! Proceed at your own risk, I am alone and waiting for everything I own far later than I agreed. Staring at my empty condo I realize your all in danger and I wish I had answers as to how these people are free to walk

Jeremy did not read the estimate agreement

AUTHOR: First Call Movers - ()

Jeremy, please review the terms of your estimate agreement which clearly discloses 1) we do not guarantee delivery dates, 2) the estimated delivery time frame is up to 21 business days, 3) payment in full must be made before delivery and 4) the potential for a price increase.  Please also realize that when you stop payment on a check the moving company is going to take your delivery off their calendar until payment is made.

If by contact you mean the very poor email that made no attempt to resolve the fact that your now 10 days late on your delivery. Yes I absolutely stopped the check, and further more nobody at your company has onced called me. I did get that one email only after the better business bureau contacted you. However I am sure that you the owner of this company will now take a personal interest in this problem. All I want is my belongings at the agreed price, I'm not barking about wanting anything for less or free. Obviously you have time to surf the net and post how you are a reputable company and not in the wrong, I however have nothing but time as I've trusted everything I own to you. So I will eagerly await your phone cal to resolve this pressing matter

Jeremy stopped payment on his check to the carrier

We apologize to Jeremy however the carrier with whom we arranged the move informed us Jeremy stopped payment on his check therefore no delivery will take place until payment has been made.  We have contacted Jeremy and the carrier in an effort to resolve the problem.
