I contacted Moxicopy asking for some remedy. I was sent an electronic form letter stating that, because I had not first asked for a proof, I am stuck with what I have.
I suggest you avoid patronizing this company. If you do, be very careful, ask for a proof before you give them your credit card information, and do not expect any help if the results do not meet your standards.
