Mr. Lira, an independant contractor on craigslist, mostly doing concrete, is not trustworthy. I worked for him once and he didnt pay anybody. He was threatened to be beat up at the customers house then he threatened to call the police. Dishonorable.
He lied to the client about being insured. He did half the job and covered the rest with concrete so the client would not know, and even screwed over the concrete truck driver and made him wait for hours cause he was too nice to dump it in the clients driveway.
He also doesnt have permits for all he does.
