We purchased Mr. Mobile Credit Card's wireless machines with cash with the understanding they would work. They did not work and they will not provide a refund. Max was difficult to work with and impossible to understand.
Further, their website provides misleading and incorrect information.
They were not founded in 1998, they were founded in 2011 after copying a competitor's website, whom was the first to enter the wireless rental business before them. Thus, the claim that they were the first is incorrect.
Their website does not list any physical address nor management nor owners names. They are a division of Americard Processing and Moshe Merchant Services. When you call Mr. Mobile, you are really calling a merchant services provider.
Their testimonials do not provide last names of the individuals, nor company names. Thus, question their real validity.
This is a buyer beware - there are more reputable companies to rent wireless credit card machines from. This one is not.

Hi Max, Please give me a call if I can help you. I have been trying to reach out to you. You may reach me at 253-237-3880. I personally am no longer in the credit card payment industry, nor with this company. The first shipment from you was paid for, however, there were only 4 working terminals and not the 7 promised in the first shipment. We paid Cash on Delivery. Thefore, we declined the 2nd shipment from you. Again, I did call you today and am here to rectify and situtation. Sincerley, Heather

I am an Employee at Mr Mobile, Number one we do not sell anything on cash, Number two Heather is located Washington and we are in New York how did she pay us Cash?? Heather was trying to steal Credit Card machines so she can try to rent them for her clients, Heathers Website (((link redacted))) be careful she will not provide you service and will try to steal your money like she did already to a few other people,
Heather will start screaming and talk all dirty words in order to steal your money, Heather gets very fast upset since she is very unsuccessful so she keeps on redoing her website which doesn't really help her, Heather still owes us money for taking 7 Terminals and not returning them which she knows that, we will remove this posting once she pays up for the terminals in full.. Heather will not answer any calls since she knows we are calling to collect the money...
