Mr. Rooter of Southwestern Central MI ignored my mothers calls to come back to properly fix leak. Kalamazoo, Michigan

On Sept 14th my mother employed Mr. Rooter to repair a minor leak around the stool in the bathroom at a cost of $131.00.  When she next flushed the stool the leak was worse than before.  It took them until the 23rd to come back to fix it and charged her another $35.00.  Now the leak was worse and water was seeping under the vinyl flooring and ruining the flooring.

She repeatedly called them to come back and got repeated promises but no action.  My husband and I also called them still got only got promises.  Around the 21st. of October they promised someone would contact her within the next two days to set up an appointment to fix the problem.  As of November 3rd she had never received a call.

At this point I called again and asked to talk to the customer service rep.  He said my mom had just called and he told her because of medical problems he would not be able to set a date to repair the leak.  Now I am angry and told him I didn't want to hear anymore _____.  He said, "OK, then I don't want to talk to you," and hung up the phone.  My mom then called another plumber who came that afternoon, put on a new wax ring and fixed the problem.  This cost her another $140.00 and she will have to replace the flooring.  

I guess the only satisfaction we have is this warning to others to never use this company.
